This class is hardCORE......see what i did there! We at MOVE call this the power hour. While there is a focus on the core, you will strengthen and tone your entire body in this fitness style class.
Mobility
Mobility is a movement-based practice that works on improving ranges of motion, balance, coordination, agility and functional strength. This class will have some yoga components but it also includes some new moves and stretches you might be unfamiliar with. This class is developed to help you get to know your own body and your own limitations much better, as well as teach you how to keep your body safe in movement so you can prevent injury.
