FLOW Yoga
Flow or Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes breath and movement as you smoothly transition from one pose to another quite like a dance. In this class you will see a lot of variety but expect movement. Re-energize your body and mind as you focus on the power of breathing and flowing movement through the poses. You will be sure to see Sun Salutations so be prepared to sweat as this class is a more physical style of yoga. Suitable for people of all fitness levels.
HATHA
Stretch and strengthen your body from head to toe. Learn how to use your breath to calm the mind, ground into your sense of self, and to melt away any negativity in your heart. This class is designed to help bring you balance using yoga based postures as tools. There will be a focus on safety, alignment, and facilitating a healthy flow of Prana in students of all levels of experience.
CHill yoga
You want stretch?? I'll show you a stretch! You will flow through poses seamlessly and feel like you've REALLY stretched the body. This class is much slower than a flow class and will include a super deep bendy sesh.
YIN yoga
Yin yoga is a slow and passive stretching class that works on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. This class is much more static and you will be mostly laying down or seated…compared to a more active stretch that you will find in a Hatha or Flow class.
MOVEMENT & MEDITATION
All levels welcome to this class of hatha/flow/restorative yoga with various contemplative practices that will close your Sunday in the most nourishing ways.
