The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made through MindBody Online. By using our website and making purchases online you agree to all of these terms and conditions.

• All passes are non-refundable

• All passes are non-transferable.

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

• Workshop deposits and payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise indicated.

• 5 Class cards expire 3 months after purchase. 10 Class cards expire 6 months after purchase.

• All services purchased from MOVE Studio must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a waiver form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation.

• The applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of MOVE Studio. MOVE Studio reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our sole discretion. If we make any change to this policy, we will notify of the changes on our website.

• If purchasing packages that require payments be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit card on the dates as outlined in the services contract.

• To purchase from MOVE Studio's online system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
