MOVE ONLINE in just a JUST A FEW STEPS

This is all very new to us, so we really appreciate your patience as we work the bugs out. You might experience some hiccups —  but we are here to help!

• Login to your MOVE Studio online account or the MBO App. <- We HIGHLY recommend usng the App.

  • Make sure your email address is correct and current.

  • Click on MY INFO and make sure all the boxes about receiving emails and notifications are checked. This is CRITICAL: Your link to access MOVE ONLINE classes will come by email. If you are having difficulties simply email us and we will set up notifications for you as soon as possible. Please be patient as we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries.

  • Download the MBO App. to your device or desktop and SIGN UP for a free account using the same email address. Be sure to give ZOOM a trial run before your first class. For the full experience, you will need to join the class from a device with a video camera. This way, we can see you.

  • Register for class on our website or in the MBO app like you were coming to am in-studio class. Class pricing for MOVE ONLINE is different! $12/class.

  • We will send you the ONLINE Class link around an half an hour before the class begins, after registration. Links are sent out in a single batch so registration cuts off 60 minutes before class scheduled start time. Registered but didn’t get the link? Check your spam folder… Still no link? Email info@movenewwest.com

  • Click the link to be connected to the virtual lobby where you will be admitted to the virtual class when it is time to begin. Lobby opens 15 min prior to class start time.

  • You must REGISTER in advance a minimum of 61 minutes prior to the MOVE ZOOM class schedule start time.
